All My Children Reaction 6/23/11

I actually enjoy Madison, I feel so bad for her. I don’t think it’s fair for anyone to lose a child like that. But the performance is amazing. Everyone is right though she shouldn’t be back at work just yet.

I was never a Zendall fan, never. Mainly cause I always hated Zach. Plus I always thought Kendall could do better, someone better. Someone not creepy. Someone not a Cambias.

Colby is desperate for friends, why is it the rich girls never have real friends?

Asher, I haven’t really developed any connection to him.

Randi, just let her go. Madison needs to be alone so she can really let her emotions go.

Angie and Jesse, I love them. I want them to have a happy ending.

Could someone with a brain start to figure out this stuff with Jane, because obviously Ryan is not going to just by confronting David.

Randi go away. Don’t even try to explain to Greenlee what it’s like to lose a baby.

I think I could buy this Kendall running in the park thing if she wasn’t in some fancy tank top. I wish they would dress her down a little bit.

I miss when Colby and Frankie hung around together. I was actually hoping for a romance to start brewing—never did. Damn you Charles Pratt. You will forever be known as the man that destroyed All My Children.

Those are the smallest cotton candy sticks ever. I hope Jackson didn’t get ripped off.

When is Leo coming back? I want him to whisk Greenlee away from this place.

Ryan and Jesse scenes are always weird to me. I don’t know why. They just are.

Oh so Maya is going to babysit her own little baby. Oh man this is going to be a bit weird. So is she supposed to go crazy and kidnap back her baby? Or realize she made the right choice, but wants to be a part of Lucy’s life.

At least Griff caught her. Poor Madison, she needs a hug. She needs someone she can trust actually and right now I don’t think there is anyone she actually trusts that she could really talk to. L

This scene with Colby singing is just all sorts of awkward. Who decided to do this?

Hey Maya how about you actually tell someone what is going on. How about you be honest with Frankie.

Frankie, I’m going to say that you’re wrong on this one. Just trust me. What worked for Randi, is not going to work for someone else.

Jackson really does try to be a good father to Greenlee. It’s a pity Mary didn’t let him be a father.

Okay I feel light headed and Ryan’s making some sense. This can’t be right.

I love David Hayward. I love Angie Hubbard. I’m going to miss them. Thanks again ABC you suck.

Thanks to the tivo, I just watched Angie slap David like 4 times. Once in slow motion.

What Colby is singing and the music they’re playing so do not go together. Way To Go.

Can David go to Llanview and work at that hospital. I would love to see him talking with Nora, Bo, Rex heck even Clint about a diagnosis then the doctors they’ve got.

Yes Erica’s kidnapping isn’t typical or normal.

This Ryan/Jesse stuff must have gotten a quick re-write because I doubt the other writers would’ve be able to make them piece anything together.

Sadly they didn’t put the right pieces together.

Madison, please start taking care of yourself.

Kendall keeps food in the house? Why am I surprised by that?

Ya know, it does make more sense for Kendall to be the one to say this to Madison.

I think Ryan is only obsessed with David because he knows that he’s nowhere near as cool as Leo so he needs to be obsessed with something so that Greenlee won’t figure it out.

Can Griff and Kendall just make out already? Not that I really want them to, but because I’m just sick of waiting.

Wait WTF was that dream Madison had?

Do I think that’s where Madison should be going? Total revenge on Greenlee. Not really.

Y&R Episode Response 6/15

I feel bad for Billy and Victoria, I really don’t see why Phyllis is so dead set on not allowing Daniel to give the child up. He’s the biological father, and he has the right to give that baby up. And Daisy, well she obviously didn’t want the baby either or it would’ve been with her.

Tucker is still out of it. But man Katherine looks amazing.

Michael and Victor. I’m always surprised when I see them in a  scene together, I don’t know why, I just am.

Why does Victor want Jabot so badly? Does he think it holds the fountain of youth?

Abby interrupts Jack and Ashley, I love Marcy Rylan as Abby. This is kind of who I always though Lizzie should be.

Ghost John! Cause it made so much sense to kill him off? Yeah I think that decisions is up there with Guza killing off Alan on GH.

I’ll be honest, over the years I’ve gone in and out of Y&R sometimes its must see other times not so much.

One day someone is gonna see Jack talking to Ghost John and then Jack is gonna be in some trouble.

I’m not sure how I feel about this Ashley in jail, thing.

Has Jack ever tried therapy…it might be good for him. Especially when you get down to all this stuff between him and Victor.

Victor and Katherine, I know one thing I really don’t want Victor get Jabot. If only because I don’t think he could handle it if he ever got his hands on the fountain of youth.

Oh boy, back to Phyllis and Daisy.

I just really don’t understand this storyline. Maybe I don’t have to. I should just let this ride.

And Victoria is losing it. Ya know she hasn’t been the same since she got knocked on the head by that rock.

I have kind of missed Phyllis being a bitch. She’s been kind of tame the last few years.

Okay so now Ashley sees Ghost John?

And Jack yelling at Tracy on the phone.

And Ghost John is with Jack.

If Ghost John shows up in Tuckers room I might just have to do something silly.

And then he’s gone…Okay see now I kind of want to see a scene where all the Ghost Johns are all together. Cause I think it would be hilarious.

I do love that everyone is torn over what to do regarding Jabot and that it’s not a cut and dry decision.

I think that I just heard the most mature, adult thing out of Jack Abbot—ever.

Oh wow Abby…trying to get her parents back together. Sorry sweetie but it’s not going to work.

Oh Abby, I feel so bad for you.

Oh I kind of forgot that Ghost John was visiting Ashley.

This is the kind of conflict we should’ve seen in Inez on OLTL when Nate claimed he killed Eddie.

Phyllis and Michael scenes. Normally love those. Let’s see how this one goes.

Loving it! Michael is the only one who can and has ever been able to be that honest and direct with her.

Ya know if I was forced to pick a favorite Y&R character it would be Michael Baldwin. He’s grown so much over the years and it’s been so interesting and entertaining to watch over the years.

Oh man Phyllis. You’ve just lost everyone that cares about you.

Poor Michael, you can see how much it just killed him to watch Phyllis make that decision.

More Billy and Victoria, I’m not sure they are going to survive whatever is about to happen.

Oh Hey Ghost John is back watching Billy and Victoria…but wait he’s talking to Ashley.

You know the only Abbot that didn’t see Ghost John was Abby. I think she could’ve used him the most.

Of course Jack would come home and call out for his Father.

And Ghost John is looking in on Katherine and Tucker.

Tomorrow looks good, looks like Phyllis is really going to see Michael means what he said today, he’s on Lauren’s side. Not that I blame him one bit!

GH Episode Response 6/14

I think this might be the only way I can sit through GH and not fall asleep.

Sonny has Ethan dragged in, cause you know this is gonna make his daughter love him?

Kristina/Molly time, wow Molly is almost as tall as her sister. Oh and Alexis over hearing.

Mabby stuff...that I can handle.

Lucky at the old Spencer house... I have a feeling this isn't going to end well.

I really don't see Lulu as the jogging type. Just saying.

I'm sorry but I hate the yellow in Carly's house. And of course Carly won't stop for 2 seconds to let Jax talk cause that's how she rolls.

Wait how much older is Abby then Michael? Abby have you met his real Family the Quartermaines? They are a riot!

I have a feeling that Molly is going to give Alexis a whole lot more trouble then she will ever imagine.

Milo and Max, always good. They make Sonny tolerable.

Okay awesome idea, Ethan and Milo as best friends. Anyone want to take that and make a fan fic out of it?

Whatever innocence Lulu has might just be about to be shattered.

Commercials are on...boring...maybe I should hold a contest. I don't know what the prize would be, but I will think of something awesome if I do. If I do hold a contest what should it be?
Should it be a fan fic contest?
Should it be a fan art contest?
Should it just be a normal old random drawing of commentors?

Lucky and Lulu on the porch, which basically is another chance for Guza to destroy whatever was left of Luke and Laura. Thank goodness that man got fired.

I am waiting for Sonny to snap at Milo and Max.

Ethan makes a lot of sense. I think I'm starting to like him. But Ethan, I think Kristina has had a crush on you for a while. You're not a passing fancy.

Wait, since when has Morgan hated Jax? Oh since Carly poisoned him against him. I feel so bad for Jax.

Ya know what, I don't think I really have anything to say about Mabby. I really have nothing. I'm trying to find something, I got nothing.

Hmm...Lucky and Ethan. Ethan is everything Lucky used to be. Ethan would've been awesome with Emily. Oh yeah I was a die hard Lucky and Emily fan. Thanks again for killing her off Guza and Frons.

Dante...blah. At least Lulu is kind of dressing like I would expect her to. Still kind of dressier then you would expect, but hey its a soap.

Yes Brenda! So right! Carly does have everything to do with it. If Brenda shows up, she'll pout, whine and complain the entire time. I wouldn't want to watch that, neither should you.

More commercials...has anything really happened yet today? It doesn't feel like it. I probably should watch GH before I watch OLTL then maybe I will think something is going on during GH.

I do enjoy Kristina and Michael...when they act like brother and sister. Otherwise they kind of freak me out.

Ya know, Guza has pretty much ruined Brenda for me. But I still love that she's the only one that can talk to Sonny that way. Even Carly can't do that.

This show is so slow...nothing is really happening...everyone is just kind of hanging around until they have to go to some random place where they will be put in danger.

As soon as the boys started tossing around the word survivor I had an image of Luke on an island with Richard Hatch...and of course Luke wins that one.

Ethan looks more hurt right now then Lulu, whats up with that?

I do adore Molly. But that poor child is gonna have her heart broken so badly in the next couple of years.

I suddenly thought it would be kind of funny if Brenda attacked Max with a tripod for going off about Jax stealing Carly's daughter.

Way to go Jax, just make this more awkward.

I love Molly. I have nothing bad to say about that kid. She is after all the smartest person in town.

Carly looks like she's gonna explode upon seeing Dante.

What's with the Yellow and Green decorations but the Blue gowns?  So doesn't make much sense to me.

Really? A scholarship to remember Keifer? Wow...

They should turn the Spencer house into a Bed and Breakfast.

Lucky Spencer do not set that house on fire.

Ya know this will be a Graduation no one will ever forget. Not in the same way as Markko's amazing speech on OLTL but still, unforgettable.  And it only took us what? All episode for something to happen.
How the hell was Guza allowed to make this show so boring and dull?

Tomorrow I'll pop in a VHS of an old episode of GH, and I can bet you a heck of a lot more happens in that episode then in this one.

GH Episode Response 6/13

This is what I think about while I watch this episode. Ya know instead of me tweeting it on twitter like I normally would. Let’s give this a try and see what happens, shall we?

Why is Crazy Lisa and Crazy Anthony in Jamal and Alison’s apartment…wait I mean Logan’s apartment. I guess Port Charles had a building boom w/ the same architect designing studios back in the day.

Creepy music as Lucky sits down. I want to strap him down and shave him. The scruff just looks like a bad make up job.

Luke looks good in white.

Opening credits…boring. Give me Faces of the Heart any day. On the plus side when they started with this opening they finally added Brandon Barash and I could stop playing a drinking game during the opening of spot the dead men.

I love that Ethan talked back to Sonny.

Ethan looks good in white as well. Actually he looks really good today, normally I think he he’s kind of whatever.

Priscilla Garita looks amazing! She should’ve been Cara on AMC.

I’m starting to think Lucky cries more than a houseguest on Big Brother.

Luke isn’t going to get help until he’s ready for it. Sadly he won’t know he’s ready for it until he sees Laura, which won’t happen since Genie is busy on Y&R throwing Tristan Rogers over a balcony.

Alexis looks amazing today.

Alexis, please let Ethan divorce that pointless Maya. That way she never needs to be mentioned again since she was the dullest Quartermaine ever.

Who the hell wrote this crap? Luke never wanted to be a father? Um, WTF I’ve seen the scene where he finds out about Lucky he was thrilled. I remember when he found out about Lulu again he was thrilled. This is the kind of crap that pushed me away from watching. Thanks a lot Bob Guza, I hope you’re getting drunker then Luke right now and realizing how you screwed a lot of stuff up.

I really hope that Lucky punches Luke.

Crap I think I need a margarita to get through the rest of this episode.

Lisa and Anthony is just weird. How the hell is he able to just wander around town.

Lisa, you’re an okay psycho. However hon you’re nowhere near as awesome as Ryan Chamberlin or Marty Saybrook. You’re actually pretty dull.

Ya know I half expect to find Luke Spencer running around yelling about how he has Tiger Blood and he’s Winning…is that wrong?

I think Patrick needs some more friends, wait lets see Pete was his friend and he chased after Georgie…and then we had Ian Devlin who was wasted as some I don’t even know what Guza did to screw that one up he had such awesome potential.

Where is Joe Scanlon or hell even Chris Ramsey to be Patrick’s best friend. Heck at this point I’ll take Caleb Morely.

I’m sorry Sonny, right decisions. I don’t think you know what the right decision has ever been.

Okay so what is this? Shit on Laura day? Oh I get it, Guza must have been pissed off that Genie was going to Y&R and wouldn’t be able to be exploited for the 30^th anniversary this year.

Really Luke? Sorry, but this doesn’t seem right.

I’m just going to focus on Priscilla instead. I loved her as Gabi on Sunset Beach, pity it was never given a chance to grow and spread its wings.

Why the hell is their always a crisis? Why can’t GH be a normal soap opera? Oh wait I know that answer, because Guza was writing it. At least we have only a little bit longer to deal w/ his crap before its gone forever and Mr. Wolf starts to repair the damage. At least this time we won’t have to worry about Guza coming back and really screwing stuff up like he did after the strike. Remember the strike when Sonny wasn’t the focus? Remember when Maxie was mourning her sister Georgie who I totally believe could be brought back from the dead as a WSB agent undercover.

All in all it was kind of a really dull episode.
